City's tribute for 25 years community work Osborne Park resident Mrs Ricky (Henrica) Fogliani, 79, has dedicated the past 25 years to serving the community - and the City of Stirling has paid tribute to her quarter century of heartfelt commitment. She was acknowledged at the 2002 Community Service Awards for her volunteer work with St Kieran's Parish and senior citizens in the City of Stirling, after being nominated by Father Michael Gatt. Serving on the parish council and representing the social committee for many years, Mrs Fogliani organises outings for senior citizens and visits local hospitals and nursing homes to catch up with the lonely and those in need. Every fortnight, since 1988, she has taken groups to Inglewood for dancing lessons and continues to gather a group of 15 to 20 for bingo in a community hall.
